Flying over my Patch  

This page was just to give you some idea what my patch looks like :terrain ,coastline etc from 600 feet.The shots were taken from my mate Hakan's microlite which is great fun especially when he switches off the engine and we glide along quietly like a huge bird and the only sound is the wind rushing past. 

 The marsh after a really dry summer

 Flying over the reservoir we disturbed around 300 heron/egrets

 Shot this spring after the wettest winter for 15 years,great news for the farmers and the birds.

 View over the olive groves and arable crops,only farming is allowed here thank goodness

 This shot over looking the islands and scrub is one of my favourite walking areas for raptors
